Not at all!  We have streamlined the process of downloading the report so that even novice computer users can do it.  Once your credit card is approved, a download link will be provided and you’ll simply click on the link to automatically download the report to your computer.  This entire process will take just seconds to complete.   Of course if you have any questions, our support staff will be more than happy to help.

Do I need special software to download and read the report?
The report is viewable using Adobe Acrobat Reader software which is likely already installed on your computer.   If you don't already have Acrobat Reader, you can download it for free by clicking here.

Can I print the report?
Yes, for your personal use only.

Can I share the report with others?
The report is intended for your personal use and is protected by copyright laws.  Restrictions are described in detail at the beginning of the report, but basically we don’t want to see the report posted in whole or in part on the internet.
